What Cha' Cookin' Wednesdays

I've made this dish three times and I cannot get enough of it:  BAJA SHRIMP TACOS

I use breaded popcorn shrimp
        (Cook according to directions on the package).
Shredded Cheese
1 Chopped tomato
1 Sliced Avocado
White Corn Tortillas - 2 per taco


Ingredients for BAJA SAUCE:

• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon lime juice
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
• 3/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ancho chile pepper
  
  Directions for BAJA SAUCE:
• • Mix it all together very well. Cover and refrigerate for one hour
